Story: Transformers One starts when Orion Pax and D-16 get tired of the rules on Cybertron. They are rebellious young robots, but only find themselves getting into trouble. However, they uncover the secrets of Cybertron.
The two best friends are drawn to different sides, as they are drawn to new ideas for their kind. They bond is challenged and there plan to protect Cybertron leads them down different paths.
Verdict on Transformers One

The movie follows two Cybertron robot best friends who discover their planet. They must work together to save their kind, but a divide between them creates a legacy of battles between the pair.
Best Parts
The idea of an origin story behind the legendary enemies from Cybertron is interesting. It has the same ideas as X-Men First Class as we meet characters who want to save their kind in different ways. The animation style is great and it gives the autobots more character than most of the live action versions.
Worst Parts
This could have easily been an animated TV series, which could have fleshed out even more in the story. That doesn’t mean it is bad, it still works well, but we could have seen a lot more from everything.
Final Thoughts – Transformers One is a fun family adventure.
