Plot: Karen an unhappy married woman joins several Beauty Contests in the hope of being famous and adored by complete strangers. As she continues to lose beauty contests, we see that her competition is being killed off one by one. As we follow Karen’s journey through the film we discover who is the killer and what are the true motivations behind the murders.

Story: Karen the Beauty Queen Butcher starts when Karen (Flores) is struggling to make an impact in Beauty Queen competitions. Elsewhere, a masked killer begins targets beauty queen contestants. Harris (Green) leads the investigation into the killings.
However, as the women start getting murdered, Karen begins getting opportunities. This gives her the dream she has been chasing for, but at what cost?

Best Parts
The concept is an interesting idea following the desperation to become a beauty queen. It also dives into the shallow nature of Karen and her attitude towards expecting to win.
Worst Parts
The concept is interesting but executed less interestingly. Meanwhile, the special effects are dreadful, with way too much unfinished material involved. The kills look dreadful for what is being told. This struggles to have enough to have the impact the story needed to have.
