What Jennifer Did is a documentary following an incident in Jennifer Pan’s home. Her mother is killed, and her father is left in a coma, leaving her as the only witness. It follows the police investigation to try and uncover the truth, which comes from Jennifer’s story. One that is filled with differences that don’t quite add up.

As the police struggle to find suspects, they only have small details to go on. It relies on waiting for the father to awaken from his coma before they get more truth. All leading to a shocking revelation of what really happened that night.

This is a crime true drama which shows how easily people can swing the truth in their favour. It seems like a normal but complicated case before it turns into what happened. This is shocking and proves how difficult the police job can be when people act and commit these types of crimes.
