Verdict on The Equalizer 3
The Equalizer 3 is billed as the final adventure of Robert McCall, the mild-mannered deadly weapon. He has always only used his skills to eliminate threats to people he sees good in. This time he finds himself in an area he doesn’t know as well, but his message to the criminals is the same. Just leave and nobody will get hurt and if they don’t, he will come for them.
This franchise has come together a given us three extremely entertaining movies. Unlike similar movies like John Wick, this one likes to let things breathe and Denzel never breaks into a sweat. This is by design, showing Robert can get things done quickly and efficiently. The beautiful small town becomes an amazing background for the movie. With this having a much calmer approach, it makes everything feel more enjoyable along the way.
Final Thoughts –The Equalizer 3 is an excellently paced action movie with a beautiful backdrop.
