Verdict on Spirited

Spirited is a horror thriller following a young man that learns he is part of a family line defending the living. He gets thrust into that world, where he must learn quickly from his uncle before facing his first showdown.

It could easily be compared to many movies that show a young person learning they are meant to for something they never imagined. From Buffy the Vampire Slayer to many superhero movies. However, we keep things on the supernatural side, creepy atmosphere and a cultural understanding. This could easily be the beginning of a much bigger series of movies, following Raga fighting different demons on his journey.

Where to Watch: Spirited is available on Netflix now.

Final Thoughts Spirited is a great horror movie showing the bigger battle between worlds.
