Story: Good Neighbours starts when Tamesha (Rodgers) and Luke (Kennedy-Williams) decide to welcome the new neighbours Mary (Thompson) and Joseph (Vaughan). It doesn’t take long before they notice they are strange but they hope a dinner can fix the unusual feelings.

However, the dinner spirals out of control, and the couple learns the true nature of their new neighbours. They need to fight back to survive and save themselves.

Recap

The movie follows a couple who want to welcome their new neighbours. However, the evening takes a drastic turn as they learn who the couple truly are.

Best Parts

The strange interactions are great, as we know how awkward first meeting a neighbour can be. While it escalated beyond what is normal, it still created an unusual series of events. It uses more strange nature over anything too graphic, which adds to everything going on.

Worst Parts

A couple of moments don’t seem to make too much sense. They seem to be added solely to have some additional violence, instead of having any connection to the bigger story.

Final ThoughtsGood Neighbours is an odd, quirky comedy.
