Plot: When Rodney winds up in the Sage Treatment Facility and in the care of the twisted Nanny Lou, his drive to do better for his family and new friends lead him to more trouble, when he rebels against his ornery captor.

Story: Final Recovery starts when local addicts, including Rodney (Cole), end up under the care of Nanny Lou (Titlton). Nanny Lou runs the Sage Treatment Facility for addicts with Dr Sam (Tyson) keeping the patients safe.
Rodney is tired of going through the facility and believes something more sinister is happening. He takes newcomer Dustin (Chinappi) under his wing as they look to reveal the secrets in Nanny Lou’s treatment plan.
Verdict on Final Recovery
Recap
The movie follows a jilted woman who runs a rehab centre. She brings in addicts to punish them for past events in her life. However, one of her regulars believes he has found a way to escape her capture.
Best Parts
The concept of somebody dedicating their lives to take on drug addicts in a twisted revenge idea is interesting. It shows how it has consumed the characters’ lives and pushed them to extremes. The cast’s performances are great, and there is a disturbing sense throughout the movie.
Worst Parts
It would have been interesting to see what the consequences of the opening sequence were to the addict. This would have given Nanny Lou even more motivation or made of question why she has gone to extremes. In fairness, it doesn’t make too much difference to the overall story.
Final Thoughts –Final Recovery is a disturbing horror.
