Plot: In 1976 a group of people in the desert for a photo shoot stumble upon an abandoned town called Savage. But they are not alone. A family of masked psychopaths have claimed Savage as their own and are hell bent on living up to its name.

Story: Brute 1976 starts when June (Montalvo) and Raquel (Gustin) break down on a desert road. They go in search for help only to find themselves hunted by masked killers. Meanwhile, Roxy (McLean), Sunshine (French), Jordy (Bucci) and friends travel to the desert for a photo shoot.
When the photo shoot team clash with the masked killers, it becomes the latest targets. However, they have a bigger threat to face in their fight to survive. Can they make it out alive before becoming the latest victims of the ghost town.

The movie follows a photo shoot team heading to a remote desert to complete their latest shoot. However, they clash with masked psychopaths who begin to hunt them down. It becomes a battle for survival against deadly enemies.
Best Parts
The violent horror elements come through and nothing holds back with the brutality the killers show. It keeps the 1970s tone around nicely which keeps us remember the era we are watching the film. This follows a more traditional series of events for horror, with them getting picked off one after another.
Worst Parts
The violence is big and could be a turn off for some horror audiences. It pushes the limits at times and isn’t afraid to, but then pulls back from going over the top.
Final Thoughts –Brute 1976 is a bloody, violent slasher.
