Story: Parasomnia starts when friends Riley (Mathews), Cam (Brown), David (Barrington) and other reunite for a birthday celebration. In the aftermath of the party, Riley reveals her routine, which involves making sure everyone else is asleep before she is. However, during the night a strange event occurs leading to the terror happening between the friends.
Riley decides to investigate her night terrors, which have consumed her. However, what she discovers has a shocking connection to a tragic event that occurred in her childhood.

The movie follows a young woman who suffers night terrors. She has a routine to counter them, but when the routine is broken, she finds herself investigating a much more disturbing truth.
Best Parts
The concept of night terrors controlling people is a disturbing factor and exploring different methods of adapting to them is explored too. When the truth comes out, things hit disturbing levels too, as we see plenty of unexpected secrets. The performances are engaging and filled with terror, that only drive the story to the next level.
Worst Parts
Some of the story telling jumps a bit more than it needs to, which can leave things looking a tiny be like a reset.
