He must use his skills to protect the family as the threats increase with each visit. It leaves him believe he could start a new quiet life away from the life of crime.

This movie falls into the category of a reluctant hero stepping up to do the right thing. They use the time to go on a redemption story to learn what is most important to what they want in life. This is a tried and tested formula and does everything you expect, fitting into the late-night action movies perfectly.
