Story: Dream Scenario starts when an ordinary family man, Paul Matthews (Cage), discovers he has been appearing in strangers’ dreams. It isn’t just one person; it’s people from around the world. Only his appearance in the dreams is as a bystander.
This newfound fame sends him viral, and other people discover that they have been dreaming about Paul. However, it leads to a bigger question about whether it is a new form of sensationalism or something much more disturbing is happening.

Best Parts
The wild idea is someone becoming a celebrity appearing in other people’s dreams. It shows how the world grows to love them before quickly turning on them when the crowd finds a way to go against them. This reflects the modern world of cancel culture and how quickly the world can turn on people, even if this comes as more of a nothing series of events. Nicholas Cage is wonderful to watch, as the man slowly losing his mind.
Final Thoughts –Dream Scenario is a brilliant dark twisted comedy.
