Recap

The movie takes us to a world where Superman has been protecting the world, but a new human threat is scared of his powers. He must prepare for the biggest test of his life and prove his importance to mankind.

Best Parts

The movie shines by having Superman an established figure in the world. It follows him doing what he believes is right and causing a reaction from people who didn’t like his involvement. This reflects the characters importance with his message, as what is good in his eyes, is bad in other eyes. Elsewhere, we see how quickly people can turn on people or figures because of one story. These story components are interesting to watch develop. When it comes to the support characters, many of these characters becomes the more interesting and entertaining characters without giving away all the names. The performances are fantastic and the questions people had about the choices will be rested.

Worst Parts

The one negative is mostly about accessibility. If you don’t know much of the Superman/Clark Kent backstory, you may not get everything. There is a lot thrown in, to create a story where the world is already established. This might put people off more than anything else. If you look past this, we have an excellent movie.

Final ThoughtsSuperman is a fantastic superhero movie, with a bigger question handed next to the big action sequences.
