Plot: A woman starts exhibiting increasingly disturbing behavior after asking her husband for a divorce. Suspicions of infidelity soon give way to something much more sinister.

Story: Possession starts when Anna (Adjani) and Mark’s (Neill) marriage is in shatters. Anna has been cheating on Mark and they plan on getting divorced, despite Mark not wanting to. However, when Mark starts searching for answers, he finds that Anna has been living a secret life.
Mark hires a detective to help locate his wife, and even more strange events occur. They discover a dark secret Anna has been keeping, one which would explain the changes she has been through.
Verdict on Possession
Possession is a horror drama following a married couple whose marriage is on the rocks making a disturbing discovery. It follows the husband trying to understand the secret life his wife has, only to discover a much darker reality unfolding.
This movie takes us down into a world where not everything is as it seems. It follows the couple dealing with things in very different ways, as something puts itself in their lives. While it does deal with a relationship falling apart and how the lives of everyone involved are changing. It is filled with disturbing concepts, which take us down an uncomfortable path.
