Plot: A young boy and his friends are bullied by a kid who takes the toy army of anyone that challenges him, amassing a virtually undefeatable force. With the help of his grandfather who served in World War II, his loyal friends, and his love of history, he’ll take the battle to the bully and learn the importance of teamwork, family, and friendship to claim victory.

Story: Operation Friendship starts as Chaz (Bellis) growing connection to his grandfather (Dantone) is getting noticed by his parents Dave (Taylor) and Lisa (Smallbone). Chaz has got invested in army men fighting but his local school has a big bully.
The bully has been beating every kid and taking their soldiers. However, Chaz decides to bring his friends together to take on the bully and prove the power of friendship can bring their passion together.

The movie follows a young boy and his bond with his grandfather leading to him taking on a bully. He must work with his friends to overcome the bully and show the importance of friendship.
Best Parts
The movie has the big message about the power of friendship and working together. It shows how to overcome bullies and learn to find a better common ground to build life long friendship. This brings the heart needed to send the message with a few sub plots about family members changing. The performances are strong and this is an easy to watch family drama.
Worst Parts
The story is a nice simple concept, but it doesn’t deal with the bigger problems with bullies. It shows he is a bully, but he doesn’t seem to do very much to be in control and never feels like he is as big of a threat to the other kids.
Final Thoughts – Operation Friendship is a nice, easy to watch family drama.
