Verdict: Martial Arts Madness

Story: With some of these overseas martial arts films they go into the world of spiritual story telling that we who look in from the outside don’t always understand. This story feeds on those ideas even with the core elements of revenge throughout. Even though most of the film is just fights and training, it can get confusing as it jumps between time at times without warning. (7/10)

Actor Review: Tony Jaa – Tien the lost son of a lord trained to kill as take revenge for what has happened to him and his people. Tony Jaa continues to leave you breathless with his fights, granted this isn’t as intense fighting wise it is more spiritual driven character. (8/10)

Director Review: Tony Jaa, Panna Rikkikrai– Good direction throughout creating some must see fights scenes. (8/10)

Action: The fight scenes are plenty and great. (9/10)

Believability: The idea of betrayal are real but the revenge seems bit much considering how many people he has to go through. (1/10)

Chances of Tears: No (0/10)

Settings: Beautiful settings used throughout to authentic realism of the time period. (8/10)

Suggestion: If you have seen the first Ong Bak you have to watch, but if you didn’t enjoy the first one it is unlikely you will enjoy this one. (Try It)

Best Part: The Elephant fight.

Worst Part: Jumps between time

Action Scene Of The Film: Final fight showdown
