Verdict on God’s Soldier
Recap
The movie follows a criminal organisation tracking down a missing girl who holds the cure for a disease. She has hidden out in an orphanage under a mysterious nun. When the criminals find them, the nun turns out to be a cold-hearted killer who won’t stop until anyone who gets in her way is dead.
Best Parts
The movie has solid action and is the entertaining one-man army formula. Carolina Carlsson is great in the leading role. Elsewhere, the story shows the corruption within the biggest organisations and how they don’t care how many people they step on.
Worst Parts
The 2-hour runtime is a bit long for the story, we have seen plenty of shorter movies with the same concept fly by before. While the action can be entertaining, it can also feel repetitive in places too.
Final Thoughts –God’s Soldier is an entertaining late-night action movie.
