Story After a daring daytime break out of a prison transfer bus of Dominic (Diesel) by Brian (Walker) and Dom’s sister Mia (Brewster) The three now wanted criminals head to Rio in Brazil. In Brazil they cross paths with Hernan Reyes (Almeida). Too get even Dom, Brain and Mia call on some old friends to do one last job which will involve stealing all of Hernan’s money.
Only FBI special agent Luke Hobbs (Johnson) and his team of elite soldiers are also on the tail of the team. With an impossible plan and two different types of enemies after them can Dom and his boys complete this one last job for $100 million and look good driving cars to?
Verdict Having only have seen the first and the fourth ones of the series I only new Brian, Dom and Mia so as a one off I think a little more back story to the other characters would have been nice but I guess it I had seen the whole of the series I would know more about them. Having a different backdrop adds to the movie as Rio is full of tight streets all the better for racing on. This is my favourite of the series and goes to another level where it feels like Ocean’s Eleven with cars, fast cars. Motor heads will enjoy this film and will most action fans and must watch for most.
