Story: Day of a Lion starts when sisters Wanda (Bianca) and Dolly (Dilara) reunite after their father’s death. However, Wanda has lived a quieter life compared to the glitz and glam Dolly has lived through. The sisters clash with what is best as past dramas come to light.

Verdict on Day of a Lion
Recap
The movie follows twin sisters who reunite after their father’s death. However, the separate lives have driven them apart leaving them needing to understand their differences. It tests their loyalty, love and friendship knowing that family is important.
Best Parts
The performances from the twin stars, writers and directors, help carry this compelling movie. We get an excellent vision of how sisters can seem far apart and from different worlds. However, they come together a learn to adapt to the changes they have been through. The movie keeps the singular location of the home the sisters grew up in, giving them a familiar location to settle their differences. One notable thing is that we have a simple story line and the movie flies by, this could easily have been a movie which dragged along with the same message.
Final Thoughts – Day of a Lion is a compelling journey through sisters’ connection.
