ABC Film Challenge
Anticipated for 2019
O
The year 2018 is coming to a close and it is time to look ahead to the new year, through December the subject is the films I am looking forward to seeing, hopefully I will be able to select one film for each letter even if we dive into actors, directors or themes. Join in if you want and let’s get this conversation going about the next hopefully wonderful year in film.
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Stars – Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt
Synopsis – A faded TV actor and his stunt double embark on an odyssey to make a name for themselves in the film industry during the Helter Skelter reign of terror in 1969 Los Angeles.
The Main Reason I Want to See It – This is meant to be Tarantino’s final movie, he has put together one of the best casts of any movies he has directed, this movie has been covered in controversy because of the subject matter which involves the Charles Manson murders. This could be one of the films which gets boycotted this year if the audience feels it is too much for us to see.
Release Date (UK) – 26th July 2019
