Verdict on Odyssey
Recap
The movie follows a hot-shot estate agent whose lifestyle has began catching up with her. She faces the loan sharks who want their money back and must battle her addictions to save her career. However, it comes at a price she isn’t willing to pay.
Best Parts
The performance from Polly Maberly is fantastic, she dominates the screen with her confident character. However, the events she her see her life spiral out of control and needing to fix things. It is her performance which carries this movie to the next level throughout the movie. Elsewhere, it shows how easily someone can see their life of luxury ripped away from them and taken to a new level.
Worst Parts
The action involved is intense, but it seems to leave things in a strange redemption story, which never feels justified for Natasha.
Final Thoughts – Odyssey shows the spiral from the luxury life.
