2017 Anticipated Countdown

Through December I am going to look at 31 films I am looking to watch in 2017, some I am looking forward to and others I want to see where the film idea will go next.

The Mummy

Main Cast – Tom Cruise, Sofia Boutella, Annabelle Wallis, Russell Crowe

Reasons I want to see

·        I loved the Brendan Fraser Mummy films, can this be as fun?

·        Is this going for a more serious tone?

·        Will Tom Cruise be too much of a Cruise like character?

·        Is the birth of the Universe Monster Franchise?

Will it be successful? I think it will make money but I do wonder whether the fans will enjoy it.
