Wrath of Man – Poster & Trailer Reveal

WRATH OF MAN is a revenge based action thriller from acclaimed and innovative director Guy Ritchie (Aladdin, Sherlock Holmes, Snatch). This contemporary movie tells the story of the cold and mysterious ‘H’ as he goes to work at a cash truck company that moves hundreds of millions of dollars around Los Angeles every week.

Thoughts on A Dragon’s Adventure

ThoughtsA Dragon’s Adventure is an animated family film that will be one that shows the adventures of a group of young dragons and their porcupine friend, as they go on a summer camp away from their homeland, clashing with water dragons who haven’t seen other dragons in generations. This is one of the simple and entertaining for the younger generation, one that might not hit as well for the parent figures watching. It is all harmless and is getting the clear message about learning to accept others for being different. The animation technique does make the world look smaller than it is, but we never get the feeling to see more of it. This is in fact a sequel, so you can always go on to learn more about Coconut and friends adventures in the future.

Signature Entertainment presents A Dragon’s Adventure on Digital Platforms 2nd April

Vincent and Roxxy do find themselves in a whirlwind romance, while Vincent needs to put aside his differences with his brother after the death of their mother, all while needing to address the bigger problem coming their way.

Thoughts on Roxxy

Final Thoughts Roxxy is a crime thriller that follows a lone stranger that helps a woman in need, only to find himself needing to tackle his own past and the guilt that will follow him for what he might have been involved in. we do have a strong cast here there is no doubting with Emile Hirsch, Zoe Kravitz, Emory Cohen and Zoey Deutch, they don’t give us bad performances either, it is more that the story is mostly a drag, never getting into gear, showing us a group of criminals doing whatever they want to each other, as they look to seize power and control. Nothing seems to come off original, none of the characters seem to come off overly interesting or redeemable through the film.

Cooper starts to learn about enhanced abilities the people have, ones that play into the sense, showing what can be created in the mind, leaving him asking the question about just how dangerous this world could become for him.

Thoughts on Sensation

Characters & Performances – Andrew Cooper gets recruited for a research project, one which is meant to be showing abilities he could have to help him complete special mission, he must learn about them, while getting pushed through the tests he just can’t handle. Eugene Simon isn’t the strongest in this role, never being as convincing as someone learning as we need for this role. Nadia is running the program, showing Andrew and the other recruits about what they might be offering. We do also meet the other recruits who are all around for Andrew, with different levels of experiences that will lead to the bigger operation going on. The performances are all solid without giving us enough to show just how confusing the situation created.

StoryThe story here follows a young man that gets recruited for a special research project, one that will see him needing to deal with additional abilities that could make them a bigger weapon for someone in the future, but the training will give us a twist on reality. This is a story that is bringing us into a world a mind control showing how people will need to learn about their abilities and come together in what does feel like a mix of The Matrix and Inception. It might well get confusing at times, which will add into the idea that you will need to focus on every single moment of the film.

ThemesSensation is a sci-fi mystery that will keep you guessing, as just when you think you know what is going on, everything gets turned on its head again, which does keep you on your seat, but might end up going into one too many attempts to pull the rug from under us. The film does use the settings to show the different environments that could be created or have people placed into.

Sensation will be available on Digital Download from 16th April
