  1. This movie is a classic with some of the most iconic chase scenes ever!! Eva Marie Saint was dazzling especially in the cafeteria scene at Mount Rushmore. Cary Grant gave that role his all. He always brought class and feistiness to his roles. I wouldn’t call him an ‘every man’ because he could never truly play that and pull it off but you could see him as a New York Ad Executive all Northeast culture, charisma and smarm. He always played a kind of an antihero before that became the rage. His character is aways mistaken for someone else and dragged into being a hero. Or he is not that good of a guy but due to circumstances must become the hero. My favorite Hitchcock movie is Notorious. It also stars Cary Grant and the superb Ingrid Bergman. I hope you check it out.
