2016 Awards – Best Film

Through the month of January, I will be looking back on 2016, I will be looking at a range of subjects where I will be picking my best or worst in separate posts.

Today I will be look at Best Film

Midnight Special

Midnight Special Poster

Captain Fantasticcap

Eye in the Skyeye

Train to Busantrain

Sing Streetsing

Kubo and the Two Stringskubo

Nocturnal Animalsnoc

Sing Streetsing

This was as always a hard choice because ranking down a top 10 is what everyone is doing, so I decided to pick my favourite 10 films of the year that are not blockbusters or sequels and what a list if was Sing Street stands out as the best for me because the songs are catchy, the story is relatable and the characters are smartly written I couldn’t help but say watch this one.
