Top 5 Favourite Tim Burton Directed Films

Tim Burton has bought us some of the weirdest and wildest films of all time and today I will be looking at my favourite of his work. I have decided to leave out Batman and have never seen some of the classics on his filmography so they will not be making the list

5. Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007)deomon

This musical really comes off with all the dark tones needed to tell the story with all the popular songs from the original musical.

4. Sleepy Hollow (1999)hollow

This horror works because it has the mystery behind it all too.

3. Big Eyes (2014)big eyes

This is the real life story behind the artist Margaret Keane and how she has to prove her work was hers.

2. Big Fish (2003)fish

This very original fairy tale that will keep you guessing throughout.

1.       Mars Attacks! (1996)mars

Mars Attacks is a wildly over the top alien comedy that feels you can laugh from start to finish.

  1. SO GLAD Mars Attacks is your no.1 choice! It’s my favourite too but you don’t hear much about it compared to some of his other films. Great choice 🙂 and list!

  2. Mars Attacks is an under rated classic. Ed Wood is my favourite Burton film (of course Edward Scissorhands is a close second, but it’s not hilarious, like Ed Wood).
