A film student who is obsessed with the movie Grave Encounters sets out with his friends to visit the psychiatric hospital depicted in the original film.
Taking another twist on sequels throwing the idea that the original was a ‘real’ film but the deaths have been covered up, we follow the student who’s own determination to create an original horror finds out the truth but how far can he go to create his own masterpiece?
The scares are bigger the ghosts scarier the twists more shocking this is one sequel that really hits hard creating more than a normal sequel.
A horror fan will love this very enjoyable.

For their ghost hunting reality show, a production crew locks themselves inside an abandoned mental hospital that’s supposedly haunted – and it might prove to be all too true.
This turns into a very good found footage film using the idea that it isn’t just some stupid kids with a camera, these are meant to be experts. One of the best things about this is the ‘off camera’ jokes about how paranormal is made up and the viewers of the reality show will believe anything.
With a unknown cast adding to the believability of the cast. Some of the scares though being predictable still come off and one of the characters disappearance also comes off very creepy.
All horror fans should be given this a chance as it proves you don’t just need a named actor to create a good world for scares.
